Shipping Policy

At Seasonal Resident, we take great care in preparing every order. We strive to process and ship your purchase as quickly as possible while ensuring each item arrives in excellent condition.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During new collection launches, promotions, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer. Orders may take up to 15 days to process before shipping out.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and order size.

We may offer complimentary shipping on qualifying orders during select promotions.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been shipped.

  • United States: 2–7 business days
  • Canada: 3–10 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their destination country. These fees are not included in your purchase price or shipping cost. International orders are also subject to pay Return Duties and shipping. 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your shipment's progress.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Seasonal Resident is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

While we work with trusted shipping partners, Seasonal Resident is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us at info@seasonalresident.com, and we'll do our best to assist you.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the item(s) and packaging. We'll review your claim and work toward a prompt resolution.
